                                         SUNDAY PROGRAMS

June 3 – PEOPLE AND PROPOSITIONS   Come, bring your ballot, and talk about it.  Bob Johnson will lead the program.  Bring your input.

June 10 – NEW ZEALAND    Peter Landecker and Lenore Snodey recently returned from a wonderful three week trip to New Zealand.  They will relate and illustrate their experiences. They joined the Friendship Force Club of the San Francisco Bay for this excursion and it included fantastic home stays with families near Wellington and New Plymouth on the North Island. They also explored the geysers, hot springs, mountains, lakes, caves, bays and farms. They explored the country's Maori and settler history and culture as well as the wildlife of this beautiful country.

June 17 – FATHERS   In retrospect, what kind of part did your Dad play in who you are today?  Do you share some of the same behavior traits as your Dad?  Do you have a favorite memory?  Come to share and learn about each other.  It is Father’s Day.  Penny Hendricks will moderate.

June 24 -- GROWING OUR BRAIN  This video explains and discusses how we can grow a bigger memory and make living longer better.  Majid Fotuhi, M.D. is a neurologist and author of The Memory Cure.  He shares information that promote brain growth, such as foods and certain simple activities that stimulate the brain.  Penny Hendricks will moderate and provide samples of foods recommended for the brain.  Come and grow yours!
