PROGRAMS
August 4 –
BRUNCH AND GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING Please come and have some
brunch and then talk about Fellowship. Once a year we are supposed to choose a
Board of Directors to run the fellowship. There are a number of “jobs”
that need to be done that help to keep the SBUF functioning. Some of the
jobs require a vote of the membership. We also donate some of the money
collected at fellowship to help other organizations. If you know of a
worthwhile cause that you would like to suggest for a donation from the
fellowship, tell us about it. John Simpson will report on where our
treasury currently stands. Les Berg had been serving as secretary for
several years. At this time we need a new secretary. If you have any
concern this will be a good time to bring it up. Please come; we need your
input. FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED.
August 11 –
REVERSING AGING FROM THE INSIDE OUT This program shares a tape
from the Dr. Oz show which explains how changing your life style make dramatic

what this is about and some of the measurable changes such as blood pressure,
cholesterol and more. Penny Hendricks will moderate.
