                                               SUNDAY PROGRAMS

December 1 - ABOUT CUBA    Why is Cuba the only country in the world where you can be prosecuted for visiting without a special visa from the state department?  Why does the US maintain a near state of war with a country we have never been formally at war with or that US forces have never engaged except for a skirmish in Grenada?  What are the current prospects for change in the near future?  Is Fidel immortal? Our speaker today is Joseph Marcin.   Joe and his wife Mary joined our fellowship in 2012.  What do you think about Cuba?  Bob Johnson will be moderator.

December 8 – MORE FROM BILL BLAKE (AND DEALING WITH NEGATIVE EMOTIONS)  Research  proves that we can dump negative thoughts and feelings through  a friendly community, service to others and meditation   Bill returns with more of his presentation and he will share some of his newly published book.  John Simpson will moderate.

December 15 – REVEREND TERI MASTERS returns with nourishment for our souls.

December 22 – MEMORIES AND SOUNDS OF THE HOLIDAYS  Carol Simpson and  Penny Hendricks will lead this program ---a Sing Along of your favorite carols and inter mitten sharing of a story you remember of a certain place or time.  Carol will play the key-board.

December 29 – LOOKING BACK TO THE FUTURE    How have you accepted the way your life has changed?  What is it that you are enjoying?  Do you have some change in mind that needs a “resolution?”.  Come and think and talk.  Sharing is optional.  Penny will moderate.
